Quaker Steak and Lube

We went to the first Quaker Steak and Lube VW show in Clearwater. It was a freezing cold morning and we started out in Calvin. Something told me not to go the interstate and we broke down in town with another stripped brake drum. We were towed back home and then continued in Elvis and had a great time at the show. The promoters did an excellent job for being new to this type of thing. We hope it repeats next year (well the show, not another stripped brake drum). Thanks to Dave at Sundance for shipping another so quickly.

Callie Bump

I was taking the boys to martial arts and parked Callie safely away from everyone else. An English lady came in and said she had hit Callie. At first it looked like minor damage, but it has necessitated a new wing. I'm glad she was honest enough to own up. She is in KC Classics awaiting repair.
