Here are a couple more old photos and some new ones. Boy I'm glad he's still alive. I often say I wish I hadn't sold him, but he looks so good. Well done Moreno!

I think I sold Cyril to Carl who painted him yellow. As you can see the original colours were Sea Faom Blue and Cumulus White. The original 1500cc engine seized one day on the A120. I put in a 1300cc dual port out of a Beetle and it ran the same. I think Carl put 1600 barrels on it and then it could motor. This new owner really looks like he's done a fantastic job. I love the colour, wheels and lowered front stance.

We used to go camping at shows like VW Action, just like the new owner. It looks like they still have the stove on the door, but the interior looks different. When I had him the curtains were blue patterned.

Lost and Found

Here's some photos of my first camper Cyril. I was looking on The Samba and recognized the license plate. I bought "Cyril" back in the mid '80's and kept him for about 5 years. I bought him from an old man in Westcliff-on-Sea for 350 pounds. Cyril was very rusty, but had the original camping interior, seats and curtains.
